CANCELLATION POLICY :-
- 20% cancellation charge of the package cost after Confirmation.
- 30% cancellation charge of the package cost before 20 days of the travel date.
- 50% cancellation charge of the package cost before 15 days of the travel date.
- 75% cancellation charge of the package cost before 10 days of the travel date.
- 100% cancellation charge of the package cost before 7 days of the travel date.
- No cancellation and no refund will be made in case of bad weather or landslide and natural digester and political strike and any kind of closure.
- All cancellations are to be communicated in the written mail.
- There is no refund due to any pandemic or virus attack situation.
INSURANCE POLICY :-
- Travel Insurance only Offered on client Request it’s covered by third Party Only ( Accurate Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any Insurance Services )
- Travel Insurance Cancellation charge will be applicable as per the Insurance policy ( Accurate Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any Insurance Services )
REFUND POLICY :-
Any refund will be processed only after 15 working days from the booking cancellation date.

- All disputes are subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction Only.
- Any Loss of Goods / Life and belongings during the tour Accurate Holiday Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for that. Clients are joining the tour at their own risk and responsibility only.
